Custom cakes and treats are a luxury. These items require sufficient time and precision to complete. Items ordered less than 7 days out will incur a $25`-100 RUSH FEE. THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE Payments are made via invoice only. Invoices are sent at time of order and automatically cancel after 24 hours. ORDERS UNDER 250 MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT TIME OF ORDER

If delivery is declined, we are not responsible for damages to your items once they leave the premises. If your cake is left in the car or a outdoor setting, we will not repair or remake! Cakes must be kept cool! Pricing varies upon location. (After hour delivery is additional $50 after 5pm)

We do not provide stands, swings, utensils, plates, napkins etc., for your guest.. ANY SWINGS, STANDS OR SUSPENTIONS ARE NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY. PLEASE BE SURE THE COMPANY IS AWARE CAKES ARE HEAVY AND THIER EQUIPTMENT IS RELIABLE AND FULLY INSPECTED. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO YOUR CAKES DUE TO FAULTY EQUIPMENT! YOU WILL NOT BE COMPENSATED.

Cakes are flour, butter, sugar, oil etc. and soften over time especially 3 + hours! If you are not certain the venue room temperature will be maintained at 68 degrees or lower, there is a chance your cakes structural integrity will be compromised. Cakes are for consumption not showpieces! Therefore, faux cakes are strongly recommended if you want a standing show piece. We will provide double layered sheet cakes to cut for your guest upon request.

If its not on your invoice, it wont be on your table. Everything is documented and paying the invoice means you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions. WERE EXCITED TO CREATE FOR YOU!
