Cake consultations are where the magic begins

This is your moment to dream, taste, laugh, and envision what your wedding dessert experience will look like.

During your consultation, we’ll:

• Talk through your wedding vision

• Get to know you as a couple

• Taste 5 surprise flavor selections

• Sample a few additional dessert options
   

Consultations are $50 and include up to 3 guests for an intimate, relaxed experience.

To keep the vibe personal and distraction-free, no recording is allowed during consultations.

Wedding cakes should be booked after your venue is secured.
Once you’ve locked in the when and the where, the next question is obvious…

When you decide to move forward with the Sugarhi experience, a minimum 25% retainer is required to officially reserve your wedding date.

Effective immediately:
All cakes over 3 tiers will include:

• One real cake tier (typically the bottom) for the cake-cutting moment

• Faux/dummy tiers for the remaining display

• Double-layered sheet cakes to ensure all guests are served
  (Up to 3 flavors max)
   

This allows for stunning designs, smooth service, and happy guests all around.
